I have lost track. Does anyone know if Medinah has missed a deadline with respect to the announced AGM? Is there an official deadline for announcing a postponement? Is there an official deadline for announcing the agenda, the subject matter to be covered at the meeting?

I don't know, but it appears he is doing pretty good selling free shares all these yrs....unlimited cash flow////////oh well....
