So one minute we use those numbers to our advantage by saying look at the massive bid support we have. Then the next minute when those numbers decrease, we say those numbers don't mean anything. So what is it? Lol.
If the numbers help the plan it is great. When the plan starts falling apart...those numbers mean nothing. WOW
