I don't disagree that if he needs the money, then by all means sell. However caveat to that. Penny stocks, or any stock for that matter, is not the place to have your money if you are living hand to foot already. If you can't afford to loose the money then don't invest. You can use all the rational in the world to convince yourself that if you can just hit it big your set for life. ANI'T GONNA HAPPEN!
