new rule regarding showing availability of share on the bid. Amount under ten thousand shares on the bid do not show up because the MM is not required any more.

You bought some on the bid then after you buy the amount dropped below the 10,000 share requirement for the MM to show. If some would of sold at your price then you would be first in line.
