I think that is reasonable. That program equates to a lot of residual revenue as well.

I'm not sure you can say 'never'. What Ed said was he wouldn't R/S if it hurt shareholder value, and in 99.99% of the cases it does. But that isn't the same as never. Your point is well taken however, a $billion would help our cause tremendously!

Perhaps Ed is waiting for the Fed ruling regarding Check 21 before publicly valuing his patent? Just my thought, because with his patent being referenced in the matter the value of it would go straight up in my opinion if they rule favorably.
