All you've shown me is where to begin but nothing says I'm still wrong what Frank told me. You tell me how to work through all that mess. LOL. Look at it this way, if you could get grants that easy don't you think that MANY people trying to start businesses would have accomplished it already by going through the grant process? I know I sure in the heck would have! Frank and Bob's company is no different.
