First, there are no details regarding the distribution of those shares. Will INBI common shareholders receive anything? Which leads right into the second problem - As Seen On TV claims the acquisition is closed, but the stock is still trading. Which suggests INBI common shareholders were left out of the merger. Otherwise, all the common shares would have already been exchanged and the stock would be gone.

Hopefully, ASTV will file an 8-K shortly with the specific details.
