Now that I've been able to look at the Income Statement, I agree that it's only showing 3 months results. This presentation is odd....generally either (1) year-to-date results are shown or (2) Qtr results are shown with an additional column showing year-to-date results. The current presentation is detrimental to them. Anyone with a financial background expects to see a cumulative income statement.......reporting the way they are makes it look like they bringing in less revenue then they really are...if the reader isn't digging in very deep. Honestly with these OTC companies, all I look at is the bottom line...and I'd expect it to be cumulative.

The curious thing is that retained earnings doesn't seem to roll from June 2013 to Dec 2013. But I'm not looking at it anymore. I only took a look at the financials because someone was yelling fraud for no reason.

I've been doing this for 15 years and I don't want any NTEK shares.

Since you've been doing this for 45 years.....take a look at the change in the "Deficit accumulated during the development stage" from Sept 31st to Dec 31st. The difference should be the net income for the Qtr ending Dec 31st. Something ain't right. I wonder whats being discretely flushed through that account without hitting the income statement.....$500k..... hmmmmmm.......maybe I will dig into these financials a bit..... I'm sure the explanation is detailed in the notes....
