Interesting info. However, when I've discussed this with guys at the company (GALT), they are very reluctant to offer any compassionate usages. When running a trial, if anything goes wrong with the compassionate use patient, regardless of whether it's treatment related or not, it can have a negative effect on the trial results, so I'd be very surprised if we see any of those uses allowed.
