I think so too, and the downside is limited if I can get it around $47. This stock dropped about 6% because of the failed stress test and they have 60 days to improve their balance sheet or adjust their proposed dividend.

C has the most attractive valuation at a PE of 11 vs the industry average of 13. It's also one of the bank giants of the world that won't ever go away.
