Man, I understand your feelings and agree with you. But the market maulers can do just about anything they want. You and I cant short a stock like ITNS, most brokers wont let you short anything under 5 bucks, although there may be a few that allow it. I am not a short player so I cud be wrong. However, market maulers can short anything at anytime. They have everything going for them including having the "hammer", so when somebody mentioned NITE actually lost like 400 million, how cud that happen when they have everything going for them. Google NITE on yahoo search and see what I am talking about. You will be amazed !!!!!!

Although it MAY be fraud, it's in a sense good for longs.
