I see what you speak of now, and according to that filing you are right I guess they can make that 20,500 since I have invested 20k Every stock is a Gamble I have 19 yrs to wait for retirement I have confident this Co. will do a turn around and be profitable before then I am not a pump and dump type of investor I am a investor into the new and up in coming world economy this co. can do me no worse then what Sponge Tech. did to use investors I even have one of their sponge bob sponges I bought at wal mart that was a BIG SCAM they fooled a lot of investors look up symbol SPNGQ

BTW a positive 500 on the books is better then minus 500
