There is nothing to clarify. Industrial grade hemp is a totally different plant. Many companies have been trying to convince the Canadian government for years(at least 25 that I know of) to allow hemp production for papermaking purposes. Allowed grades of industrial hemp have a less than 1% THC but all type seed grades are still regulated by Health Canada.
