How do you call ARTR Management giving away 1-billion in shares away to settle a small debt (making wise decisions) please share how shareholders/investors are meant to understand that. How is practically no actual real meaningful news in over a year, to the point of dragging PPS to where we are (making wise decisions)
How is alienating investors questions (making wise decisions)...??? What is controlling cost, if investors cannot even see the actual cost besides a few so called insiders making assumptions etc..
