Yum dumb to do such a big RS...think of all the free PR they missed out on. Oh well dats life in the pennies. We should do consulting...(1)do a reasonable RS and count on free PR (2)stay away from any convertible debt deals including private placement deals that have a convertible feature. Some of these companies might actually survive the first year without going to .0001.
