The plan to increase the A/S has been well known since the original Share Exchange Agreement. To be honest, the A/S is much smaller than I had anticipated it would be.
Either way it means little to the share price, but was part of the terms of the Closing. I have gone over this serveral times and you have been around long enough to know better.
The A/S is large enough for all Prefferred Series Shares to be converted. However, this is not possible since Series D cannot be converted if the conversion would cause the converter to hold more than 5% of the O/S
