lmao. funny. do you see that $425k of that $457k note is not payable until near the end of August this year? lmao you know what that means. NO DILUTION for a LONG time...5 months away. by that time, the company's product will be on the market and their online shopping platform will be in full swing. the pps of domk should be over $1+ by then and that debt will be nothing. their balance sheet looks very solid, because it shows well-negotiated terms for their financing. that filing is even better than many will expect. there is no dilution on the horizon here. the share structure is 244 million as of yesterday with very few shares being added to the os and float. domk is a HUGE coup for investors and shareholders. many shareholders who own other stock could only wish they had no dilution on the books for the next 5 months. incredible.
