2013 net income vs 2012 net loss..Key words..IMO

The Company currently estimates that it will report a net income of approximately $1,587,000 on revenues of approximately $3,469,000 for the year ended December 31, 2013, as compared to a net loss of approximately $1,787,643 on revenues of $4,260,417 for the year ended December 31, 2012. The foregoing estimates are preliminary and subject to verification and adjustment.
