Companies are sued all if the time. They don't have to PR it but may have to talk about it in filings, at least generally I think. Not worried

Yes. I have seen things like this before. I think maybe someone got wind of a big contract or something coming and can't get in now maybe that's what the quiet period is about have never heard of it having anything to do with financials before. Someone said they had an email in to the company about it we will see.
