Point - I 100% agree that they (Titan) will eventually get acquired. With that said, I think a J&J will step up and pay the money to go up against an ISRG. I just don't see ISRG being the one who bids the highest for us...just my opinion.

ISRG will dominate the larger hospitals and get a foot in internationally

TITXF will dominate the surgical centers and smaller to mid-sized hospitals and dip their toe in internationally.

15.00-20.00/pps would be very acceptable and I would take that gladly at this point, considering the outstanding risk, although I'm not so sure we can reach this number.

What's everyone's take on this? Most m/a's In this sector seem to go at .92 to.98 add-on. So if we we acquired now we'd be looking at 3.80-4.00 (utterly disgraceful).

I believe we have about 10-12 months before this would happen, in which case I think realistically we'd be in the ballpark of 10-15 per share.

Thoughts?
