No problem for Aqua to recover since I only have $1,500 invested in KMAG and was able to sell a few and into AMBS. I feel for those who invested more and are trapped without any options to get out. No shareholder deserves to be left to hung out to dry. This one is definitely on JR to have the courtesy to inform shareholders; instead, he bails out and sneaks out the backdoor. But live and learn, I'm having friends and family stay away from investing in JR's companies. Cheers!
