I would guess that if PLUG announced that Sam's Club was the other big order, that would trigger a sell-off. There's no reason for Wal-Mart to purchase separate vehicles or supplies for Sam's Club - they already receive shipments from the same trucks and the stores are often built next to each other so that both loading docks are within reach of the same rig.

It better be someone else!
