A couple of reasons why I sold from to 10-K are below. Typenex can start selling their shares for a 200% profit. Plus the preferred share conversion.


In March 2014, the Company issued 843,654 shares of common stock to Typenex upon the conversion of $116,611 of the Company note and accrued and unpaid interest. The shares were issued at approximately $0.1382 per share.

On March 27, 2014, the Company issued 4,312,420 shares of common stock upon the conversion of 150,000 shares of Class B Preferred Stock.
