Why is that deal important to Cen. They already have a deal with RXNB and Phot deal or no deal had a good reporting and stock that went up today. What is it about that deal in your analysis that is so important to Cen??

Funny when there was speculation that the PHOT deal with CEN Biotech inc. did go sour, FITX RALLIED on the news and PHOT declined after Alan Brochstein and his goons sent out alerts about the deal possibly having fallen through.

That being said, I thought the opposite would happen too because PHOT is providing a much needed infrastructure of grow equipment. I still maintain that long term this would be horrible if the deal fell through. There was a time when people thought FITX was a fake marijuana stock until they did a deal with PHOT because PHOT was constantly in the news and was considered a legitimate marijuana related stock. So doing a deal with PHOT gave major credibility to this stock.

Also, Bill is an executive officer with RXNB inc. and a co-founder of RXNB inc. as well. These companies consist of all of Bill AND Sam's private businesses combined that is worth over 110 million dollars. They decided to rope their private entities together as one company while discussing the Growlife inc. deal around the time the Arcview presentation was set to happen.

and yes the litigation was very suspicious indeed and Bill never provided any clarity or comment on the litigation. This is a horrible sign of things not working behind the scenes. I cannot believe Bill was so quick to take PHOT to task with litigation. Not good for group synergy.
