BG Medical Technologies no longer exists, Nevada REVOKED it months ago for not following up on filings, namely the annuals, just like the trademark application.
Look at any "company" that Aaron ever created in Florida, all dissolved by Florida including CodeZero that was dissolved in 2007 even though Randy stated in the 12/5/2011 PR that CodeZero was a "highly sought after media company" but then again so were Randy's fake media companies.
Like they said, "still serving Aaron" as a promotional "DD" factor that means nothing except to show that Aaron can't/doesn't file state filings or USTPO filings in a timely manner.
No worries, for the late fees and penalties added, the state of Nevada would no doubt reinstate the BG.... invention papers which of course shareholders will have to pay as RIGH "acquired" 100% of the shares of BG.....
