That I don't know... I believe many here are waiting for this to be made public...

But we are all speculating that something might be in the works as Bruce on his last news stated that the board does not have to pay any more dividents to the Gov't and that the board should take responsibility for the shareholders. That the board should uplist to Nasdaq. .. etc...

So who knows why the didnt... it could be cause all this is in the works and aube the board is not paying the dividents?
