"Filling the gap" seems rather irrelevant here. Fannie has already taken the trip to $5 or above TWICE in the past year, the first in May, 2013, and then again about a month ago. So, gap filling usually is more applicable as a stock is reaching new highs and not revisiting old highs. This seems to be particularly relevant because there are TWO visits to Mr. Abe Lincoln.
