you can't tell a company if they have a "reason" for a r/s. how the heck are they supposed to operate when they have ZERO cash? huh? how are they going to raise money when they already have 3 BILLION shares out and 5 BILLION authorized? how are they supposed to pay their debt and meet operating expenses? are you going to loan them the money? they are in the voip business, which is not a cheap operation, and they have ZERO sales, because they are still in business plan and development stages. lmao and you think there is "no reason" for a r/s? lmao. msoa has no choice.
