But you aren't...judges across the country have ruled on these type cases...(fortunately, most of them play the game and understand)...
as long as you didn't do it purposely, or act in an irresponsible manner...(such as hitting while someone is standing ahead of you and in your way), you can't be held responsible.
I had a friend bust out a car windshield as it was going down the road years back...he wasn't held responsible at all.
That only applies if you lived on the property prior to the golf course being built. If you moved to or built when the golf course was there you are considered to have moved to the hazard. Broken windows, injuries, damage of any kind are considered your responsibility
