There will be a vote on the increase in the A/S not the O/s
Any shares added to the O/S will most likely add value and be restricted for a period of time.....jmo

o/s increase already happened, pushing further dilution into the future, check with transfer agent. o/s maxed out now! Not as worried as I might be with still undervalued IMO stock with possible PR's to send it for a ride from here.
