Truth...I've been saying for SIX MONTHS that a BUYOUT is the most likely action to occur with NTEK.
It's the perfect size company with existing technology the BIG BOYS don't want to spend the time in R&D to attempt to equal or exceed.

I hope for all here that a nice big, juicy buyout comes!!

NTEK has currently had a lowering of PPS. The motives and who is behind this, you can clarify yourselves, I do not want my post removed!

YES Companies have tried to acquire NTEK, OBVIOUSLY NOT TO NTEK's Liking, as they HAVE STATED MANY TIMES, THEY EXPECT TO UPLIST TO THE NASDAQ SOON!

NTEK PROVIDES A PROBLEM FOR AMAZON, APPLE, NETFLIX in it's own way! Companies are also interested in the fact that NTEK has valuable content and products coming out!

Of course, the big companies would like to acquire NTEK to both get their team, as well as decrease competition! I thought everyone knew that the rumors before were based on fact.

Microsoft and other companies do not like to release private negotiations. NTEK has earned a strong reputation of honoring other's wishes!
