Not necessarily. I've seen a Gas Station_complete_in_6mo from breaking ground to customers buying gas.

I'm in construction related business too.

Just depends on how much you want to spend and how motivated you are. I'm in the south but I don't think the Northwest is that much different.

They must do construction slow where your at, at the hospital we gutted and fully renovated (chillers, boilers, walls, the entire package) a 250k sq ft 7 story building in 12 months, permits, 80% and 100% inspections until Certificate of occupancy was obtained.

Construction permits have been place part of the deal, and 1 month this will be up and running. We are not talking about a house or mansion. A grow facility with state of the art equipment. I also was in construction .
