I certainly don't think its an arbitrary date (4-14-2014) for waiver/extension. If conditions of this atrocious 10k were to continue, there wont be any assets/cash available to pay any penalty for having cash below 200K. Therefore, I think it is tied into this:

i-first time "royalties" are used for ANY HiT IP so far. Could only be WAG/Cerner unless I am missing a real licensing agreement of record (K'd, not PR'd).
ii- has to be the next Celgene payment
iii- Visi MMRpro acceleration?
Question is which one(s), if any, are tied into the Apr 5th non-arbitrary 4-14-2014 date?
