This company has absolutely no respect for their investors, nor should they. A company who routinely fails to keep promises and commitments, is thumbing their nose at investors. And investors keep making excuses for missed deadlines.
Why just today, someone said "maybe somebody was sick" as an explanation why the filing was not made on the weekend (or at all), as promised. LMAO....!!! Somebody was sick?
No, more likely Lumb is nursing a hangover from the weekend, and never got around to it. He has shown a routine contempt for investors before, and seeing as how the filing of the quarterly means nothing anyway (OTCMarkets is not a regulatory agency), he knows that some investors will simply make up lame excuses for him.
