Perhaps something will come of it at ANI. I don't remember them saying much about it at all to be honest and I do specifically remembering them denying they knew what it was in the beginning. I guess at this point the only group that it's fair to indite is previous management. I have speculated before that it may very well be the reason the new management has been so quiet on Libi is the dangerous stench of failure its covered in and they are approaching with extreme caution.
I do believe Libi might have value still; maybe great value. I'm just saying the dream they sold us for so long and pissed away so much money chasing is dead and they escaped with millions waiving worthless CVRs. If Libi does anything it will be a new dream with mostly new investors.
