I don't think we could ever be considered a patent troll, even if we decided to monetize the patents. If I am not mistaken, patent trolls are companies that "Acquire" patents for the express purpose of going after infringement. Since we developed the patents we have every right to monetize them.
Remember also that Voip-Pal did not acquire patents. Voip-Pal acquired Digifonica which only had patent applications. Voip-Pal worked with Digifonica and co-developed the patents. Without Voip-Pal there are no patents today.
