Good stuff indeed. AQUM is and has been a QB on the OTC. FYE with a 10K due on March 31st. Check out the 10K filed late 04-01-2013 with a (nt 10-K) on a form 12b-25 . Then on 4-17-2013 AQUM released 10K at 4:54 . I'm thinking they might be the 1st group to be required to be current by July 31, 2014....
