not sure if they filed for an extension and if they did file an extension then KALO have 2 weeks extra(not 100% sure) to file a 10K. we are not waiting for a 10K (summary of 2013) we want to see 10Q (1st Q of 2014)
we might not see the ROG payment on 10Q if they didn't get any payment by 3/31/2014 which is today.

i just hope they announce a 8K when they get paid from ROG
