If they are pouring a floor in there, that's progress. Now maybe they'll have a place to put that vault. I'll believe it when I see it, though. I don't know why they're even bothering with that other building at this point. Seems as if they should get a license and get something growing and making money in the building they've got, THEN expand. But things just work differently somehow in the pinks. Like this company, for example. First, you sell 3.4 billion shares of stock, THEN you arrange for some mysterious financing, and THEN you build something, and somehow you never get around to the part where you actually produce and sell anything for a profit. Other than stock. There's always money in that, especially in a hot sector.
