@TheBestInvest...On Mike Shea's weekly Q&A he addressed Scottrade. Here is what he wrote:

I have heard from many shareholders that Scottrade has stopped trading in our Company’s security. Last week, I contacted Scottrade, and was informed that their clearing firm began implementing an “illiquid fee”. The representative could not provide any additional information and Scottrade’s Compliance Department will not take calls from issuers.

Last week I instructed our SEC Counsel to investigate and assist with rectifying this matter. As I get updates, I will post them here. While, in my opinion, Scottrade has been progressively limiting its participation in the OTC Market, it still is active. This appears to be a financial decision and I would urge all shareholders with Scottrade accounts to write them and insist they lift the restriction on our security.

This is an important issue to the Company and I will dedicate whatever resources are required to remove the restriction.
