Al: Thanks for the response, but it may be a distinction without a real difference. It may not be precise to call it an SEC gag order but Jamie's lawyer seems to be saying something like: "Don't say anything or you might make the SEC unhappy." And Cyn has indicated that Jamie "said the SEC had to give the OK." How about a quasi gag order? Basically, Jamie can't speak and I'm puzzled as to why his attorney would give him that advice once the filings were up to date. Dick L.
