Thank you. I knew that was there somewhere. People who own 10% of the company can not just bail, they are considered "insiders" and must inform the public about 60 days in advance before they bail.

This refutes the hypothesis that Ackman and Berkowitz can just bail in a few hours. Buffet has already explained that, in some ways, small investors have an advantage over huge investors.
