They get released upon payment should happen, when it happens, the pps will skyrocket...what usually happens with distressed stocks the pps pops up a little bit, then news comes out and it really really pops...sometimes the pops will take days or weeks to really see...in this case, I am expecting an elephant's sized pop to go along with the size of these babies...
