I called Etrade and they said it was more than likely going to be cancelled. It was for 100 shares above the NBNO. He mentioned the bid was above the ask at the time of the trade 3.64 x 3.45 I believe.

MB, I was watching LII when the spike actually happened. I saw in real time what I posted, but I didn't actually see the $7 trade. I did see the $4 go through though. It was flying all over the place and I could have easily missed the $7 trade. I know someone posted a comment on here right after it happened. Not sure if they actually saw it on LII or if they saw it posted as HOD though.

I'm also looking forward to Obits comment on the Swaps. I remember reading somewhere a while back that if someone owns more than 10% of the stock it could affect the DTAs for the GSEs, but I'm not sure if that's true or not. If it is, does an increase over 10% through Swaps somehow work around that? Maybe Obit has the answers if it's even pertinent.
