Investor relations isn't in yet (PST). I am going to call them and ask when the reporting date is. My concern is that they will say they don't know. I hope that is not the case as that should NOT be confidential info. We should all call the company and IR and get the reporting date.
There is always the possibility the company could be holding the release pending the closing of a deal but I don't want to be naive... There are also other potential reasons that would fit into 'the sky is falling' bucket. Neither way is appropriate to base investment decisions :)
