If no newd it will trade on pending news. Also austin guy said PR monday morning and i dont clearly know if that info is even true. Since in the email he said it does have the new date of release.

Maybe what could have happ is, since the released the news on the insurance. Key word was unprecedented. Meaning this had no clue this will happen. And i think that was the hold back.
