If the panel is produced....licensing agreements happen and another acquisition the company will grow in size...revenue and profits will rise. We will all make a significant amount of money and we will look back and say...who cares. Nelson is not some rookie. Would you feel better if he only paid himself 200k? 150k? With more stock? The 10k shows we have exited the development stage due to the acquisition.
CEOs make the most money in the company. I have no problem with this salary as long as the magic is happening. Big money demands big results. I'd we don't get them then the market will react accordingly. IMO
