He was good in a lots of ways but changed his tune very easily. Investment thesis don't change with every story or every words some one writes or states.
He claimed to have some insider information. That is no-no. No one has insider information except a few on the top. We all told him that no one from Intel will ever disclose to him about Intel products and its roadmap except what is official and everyone else knows as well.
I wish him all the best.

Anonymity at Seeking Alpha

I think the anonymity is a good thing though it needs to be made clear when used. Wikipedia for instance uses the same principle and though it has lots of problems it does much better than other web sources - and it has exactly the same problems with multiple aliases and various people deliberately sticking in misinformation. This is an especial problem for all ratings sites like Amazon as they deal with money, and there are various approaches that do a reasonable job of dealing with the problem but it does take work. On a site like this one one has to practically assume that some pusher will come along with multiple aliases sometimes and they usually are fairly easy to spot as they don't employ any intelligence, but for a site like Seeking Alpha it can be harder spotting them just from what they say.
