We ALL know (or at least everyone should) that 98% of Penny Stocks are scams, but you can still make some coin on them.

STBV/Andy is a new breed of a Penny CEO. Who has ever heard of a 100 BILLION A/S with 60 billion being sold at .0001 to be immediately sold into the market?! The ONLY reason this even had a chance is due to the MJ sector hype that Andy used! Why do you think that he applied to sell 30 billion shares at .0001 just as the MJ sector was heating up in?!
