Leo....some pretty high stake hands to be dealt yet IMHO. These power plays could still leave some pretty large bumps in the road.....but we've certainly been there and done that! Perhaps backed by the two most powerful nations on the planet! Definately the two highest oil consuming nations!
I'll bet the seismic in these blocks has the geologists drooling now that they've verified results.
